How does Mytravelthru investigate a complaint?

If a customer makes a complaint about your service, we’ll email you to request evidence so we can defend you. We expect you to investigate the complaint with your driver and/or dispatch team, and get back to us within 3 days. If we don’t receive an adequate reply within 3 days, the complaint will be resolved in the customer's favor.

If any poor reviews or incidents have been resolved in your favor, they will not be taken into account when it comes to your payment.
