What should I do if a customer requests an additional stop which increases the price of the booking?

As soon as you receive the booking, please call our customer success +1 (415)-855-3868 so we can confirm the additional cost with the customer.


If you cannot get through to the phone line, you could either fulfill this request for free, or continue the journey with the planned stop
